Woman's Face Looking Left

Insurance Coverage  Plans

Your initial consultation will be free.  At that time we will determine whether the symptoms and underlying problem are “medically necessary” or cosmetic in nature.  Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance plans.  If the procedure is cosmetic you will be provided with a detailed estimate of charges and payment options.  Cosmetic procedures are paid at the time of service.

Procedures that are “medically necessary” are usually covered by insurance.  We will do as much as we can to provide your insurance carrier with the necessary information for them to review your case.  Your insurance company will also require photography, laboratory test results, as well as a detailed history and physical examination.  Dr. Derrick will dictate a letter to your insurance company in order to do a predetermination of benefits.  A knowledgeable staff member will discuss the reimbursement issues and provide you with a detailed estimate of charges.

For your convenience we accept personal checks, cash, visa, and master card.  We are willing to assist you with financing.
